The level of professionalism presented by Steve from the initial introduction through to the handover on completion was very impressive, to say the least.

It is my pleasure to introduce Steve Livesley, Principal of SJL Holdings Pty Ltd, a tradesman and project manager whom I hold in the highest regard.

During our professional association, which commenced in the mid-1990s, I have witnessed Steve’s competent execution of numerous projects including executive housing, multi-unit development of both single and two-storey configurations and industrial/commercial development.

On each occasion, my observations were that Steve executed and managed all tasks in a professional and tradesman-like manner maintaining attention to detail of all works; works which required the coordination of multiple trades and sub-contractors. Those works included and required the competent interpretation of architectural, geotechnical and engineering details where Steve’s expertise was evident in the resolution of issues.

Steve’s accumulated skills in the execution of all tasks to date enable his expert execution and co-ordination of civil contractors for a multitude of works including:

• relocation/adjustment and/or protection/encasement of sewer lines;
• execution of works required under the Roads Act and arising via conditions of approval including the reconstruction of roadways, the amplification of drainage infrastructure and relocation of aerial services;
• exemplary site management including the provision and maintenance of the highest safety standards for staff and contractors; and
• the retention, co-ordination and management of expert construction crews in the delivery of projects.
